Antonio was born in San Andrea, Italy, a small town just outside of Napoli. He came to the United States 42 years ago, and has made his mark as a chef in both South Jersey and Philadelphia. Antonio studied under some of the best Italian chefs in the area, and was the executive chef at 7 restaurants over the past 20 years. He is known for providing Italian food with a lot of class.
Gianluca began his culinary training at age 14 and graduated from Istituo Alberghiero Di Stato in Naples. After graduation, he worked in many 5 star restaurants in Capri, the Amalfi Coast, and in Naples. He traveled and worked in England, France, and Singapore. Training with famous chefs, Gianluca learned the latest techniques in Italian cooking. Gianluca likes novel, modern food, and his specialties include fresh pasta and seafood.
